The Daily Grind - Every .NET programmer should read this every day. Mike is currently switching over to open source technologies, so I would also recommend his new blog A Fresh Cup
Coding Horror - Jeff Atwood has some pretty good insights into programming. Always some interesting articles there.
Haacked - I started reading Phil Haack because of the comments he would leave on some of the other blogs I was reading. He leaves some good comments and blog entries about the big stories going on in the tech world.
Joel on Software - Joel Spolsky is one of the best writers out there. His articles are humorous, fun to read and very informative. He has a couple of books out that I highly recommend reading about the industry of software. While I don't always agree with what Joel has to say, I always enjoy the read.
Worse Than Failure (The Daily WTF?) - If you need some good comedy, or want to make yourself feel better about some of you lousy code, this is a great place to visit. Just watch out, I have seen some examples out there where I did basically the same thing. I guess it's good to learn from our mistakes.
The Secret Geek - Leon Bambrick has a great sense of humor because he doesn't really take anything seriously. When big arguments get going in the tech blog world, there is always a great sarcastic comment on his sites. He has a great product, Time Snapper, that really helps in filling out those billable hours. Also some great 3-minute guides to programming.
Eric Sink - Eric Sink, I think, is the owner of SourceGear. He provides some great articles about running a small software shop. There is some really useful information in his site - certainly working reading.
Computer Zen - Scott Hanselman post some good tips out here fairly often. I love learning new tricks even if I never get an opportunity to use them.
Matt Cutts - Matt Cutts is a Google Engineer who has some great articles about SEO and Internet marketing. If you are trying to promote traffic, or do an SEO effort, you should definitely be reading Matt's site.
10x Software Development - This is Steve McConnell's (author of Code Complete) blog. Steve is pretty famous in the software development circle from his many writings about software development management. This is one you should add to your RSS reader.
